Peter Eisenmann //Architectural Poster
Peter Eisenmann was a deconstructivist architect especially known for his design theories. This poster promotes a theoretical conversation about his architecture, and must reflect Eisenmann’s work.
One of Eisemann’s most notable works is his Holocaust Memorial, because of how stirking yet simple it is. It is a massive collection of stone blocks gathered in a space, with little to no markings around them the acknowledge their presence. Inspiration was taken from the blocky shapes and colors of the memorial.
“The architecture we remember is that which never comforts or consoles us” - Peter Eisemann
